
Tripp Frohlichstein
President, MediaMasters, Inc.
With MediaMasters, Frohlichstein has traveled worldwide to train thousands of people in corporations, associations, government and non-profit organizations in message development, working with the media, handling a crisis, giving presentations and communicating more effectively. In the mid-1990's, Frohlichstein co-created the concept of message mapping which enables organizations to more effectively communicate their message.
Tripp Frohlichstein founded MediaMasters, Inc. in 1986 after spending more than a decade at KMOX-TV, the then CBS-owned and operated station in St. Louis . During that period, Frohlichstein acted in various newsroom management capacities, culminating with assistant news director.
In addition, Frohlichstein has served as a TV news critic for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, KMOX-CBS radio, and for the St. Louis Journalism Review. He also spent 20 years as an adjunct professor at Webster University , and more recently, Washington University in St. Louis .

Janis
Murray

Janis Murray has trained corporate and non-profit clients for MediaMasters, Inc. for more than a decade, preparing them for media interviews, crisis situations and speech presentations, and helping organizations develop message maps, which are vital to effective communication.
After receiving her Masters Degree in Journalism from Columbia University, Janis began her career as a writer for the NBC Radio Network in New York. Today, she brings more than 25 years experience in broadcasting and journalism to every session, having been a reporter for CNN’s Northeast Bureau in New York, as well as for network affiliated stations in Boston, Detroit and St, Louis. Additionally she has hosted radio call-in shows and produced corporate videos.
Based in St. Louis, Ms. Murray also provides communication training for high school and college students anticipating admission and employment interviews. She holds the President’s Award for Service from the Junior League of St. Louis.
